Big thanks to Peter Pieper, who helped me with extracting data from PMDG 777 SDK. Thereby I can read MCP values with Link2fs and send them via Virtual Serial Port (COM) to my hardware. Big step forward. Next thing is to collect all MCP displays, switches, and buttons. Hope it will be flyable soon.

Overhead progress
Frameset is ready and the first two panels are actually mounted. Few knobs were painted, few should still be buy. The goood news is that Link2FS is working with PMDG T7 and I will use it to interface my cockpit. Look forward to make some "home-made" hardware instead of buying Arduino cards.

Prototyping xpndr
Making all electronic components by myself is the hardest part of my project. On the other hand, it gives you a lot of satisfaction while something seems to be working as you wish, and you know that this part is totally made by you. Well, I want to share some photos and video of prototyping xpndr for PMDG 777. Yes, this is only a prototype now, but it does work ! Unfortunately, there is no dedicated software for this plane yet, so I had to use jims link2fs. I dont want to tell that this is a bad software, but with T7 I cant get all data from FSX e.g. mcp altitude, v/s, autopilot hdg... shitty issue. I hope that guys from PMDG release SDK for this beauty soon. Anyway, this module is based on Arduino so far, but the final version will be running on dedicated AVR microcontroller. I will try to share more info about this as soon as it will be possible.

Landing gear mechanism
This is the first point of my project (hope not last). Landing gear mechanism is almost finished, but there is still need to put some nice knob at the end of the pipe. I found it difficult to made realistic one by myself and theres no interesting knobs on the web, so I decided to leave it until I will find something that fit perfectly.
I used two PCV pipes - 16 mm and 13 mm. There are two switches working as one (normally closed, it opens when changing position of the lever). Side panels are made from 3 mm dibond. Also used 5 x 5 mm screws for side panels and one 4 mm screw mounted on the lever for pushing the buttons.
Mechanism works good and I think it look pretty nice.
